SwipeRight provides a digital AI photo generation service. As a digital product that begins processing immediately upon payment, refund eligibility is limited. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Refund Eligibility
✓ Eligible for Full Refund
- Service failure where no photos were generated
- Technical issues preventing delivery within 24 hours
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
◐ Case-by-Case Review
- Quality concerns with generated photos
- Photos don't resemble uploaded reference images
- Significant issues with AI output quality
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after photos have been delivered
- Dissatisfaction with subjective style choices
- Failure to download photos before account deletion
- Violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund

- Describe the Issue: Explain what went wrong and why you're requesting a refund

Refund Processing
