SwipeRight provides AI-powered photo generation services for dating profiles. Users upload personal photos, which are used to train a personalized AI model that generates new photos in various styles and settings. This is a digital service with no physical goods delivered.

3. User Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You may only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use generated images for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment and Pricing

• The Service is offered as a one-time purchase of $29 USD
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You will receive 5 AI-generated photos after payment
• All prices are subject to change with notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Upon completion of generation, you receive a license to use the AI-generated photos for personal use, including on dating profiles and social media. You may not resell or commercially distribute the generated images.

7. Privacy and Data

Your uploaded photos are used solely for training your personalized AI model. The trained model is deleted after photo generation is complete. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated photos will meet your specific expectations or requirements. Results may vary based on the quality and variety of uploaded photos.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
